Trip Guidelines – Greenspace Holidays
We want your journey with Greenspace Holidays to be memorable, safe, and comfortable. Please go through the following guidelines carefully before starting your trip.
🧳 Pre-Trip Preparation
Carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
Ensure you have all necessary permits (for Amarnath/Kedarnath/Char Dham Yatra we will assist with registrations).
Keep sufficient woolen clothes, raincoat, and comfortable walking shoes – weather in the mountains changes quickly.
Carry personal medicines, first aid kit, and prescribed medicines for altitude or health issues.
Avoid carrying heavy luggage; keep only essentials (backpack preferable).
🏔️ During the Journey
Follow the instructions of your tour guide and local authorities at all times.
Maintain group discipline – avoid wandering alone, especially in remote or high-altitude areas.
Respect the local culture, traditions, and environment.
Keep yourself hydrated; drink packaged/bottled water only.
Avoid littering – help us maintain a clean and green environment.
🚖 Transport & Accommodation
Vehicles will be provided as per itinerary; timings must be followed strictly.
Accommodation will be in standard hotels, lodges, or campsites depending on the location.
Room sharing is generally on double/triple basis, unless otherwise specified.
Meals will be provided as per package (Veg meals preferred during Yatras).

High-altitude trips like Kedarnath, Amarnath, and Char Dham require physical fitness.
Consult your doctor before traveling if you have heart conditions, asthma, or high blood pressure.
In case of emergency, immediate medical support will be arranged (subject to location availability).
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
📸 Photography & Connectivity
Photography is allowed at most places, but restricted near temples, army areas, and caves.
Internet/mobile connectivity may be limited or unavailable in remote/high-altitude areas.
💰 Payment & Cancellation
Full payment must be cleared before departure.
Cancellation/refund policies as per Greenspace Holidays terms & conditions.
Any additional expenses due to weather, landslides, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the traveler.
